By far, 13 ounce banner vinyl is our most popular material. It is reinforced to make it very durable for outside application. It is also used in most inside applications.
- This material is used for one sided printing.
- For ease of installation at your desired location, we can install grommets in the corners and along all the sides.
- We recommend hems around the edges on all banners which are used in an outdoor location. (Inside applications do not require hems)
- Sizes up to our maximum size of 100’ x 16’. For shipping,
- Must be rolled for shipping purposes to avoid creasing
18 oz Banner Vinyl
18 ounce banner vinyl is our premium vinyl for both double and single sided banners. It is the thickest and heaviest of the banner vinyls. It reinforced to make it very durable for outside application.
- 18 oz has a smooth surface on both sides.
- For ease of installation at your desired location, we can install grommets in the corners and along all the sides. Every 2' is industry standard.
- We recommend sewn hems around the edges on all 18 oz banners which are used in an outdoor location.
- Sizes up to our maximum size of 100’ x 10'
- Must be rolled for shipping purposes to avoid creasing
BANNER FINISHINGS OPTIONS
Sewn or Heat Welded Hems:
- Single sided 13 oz banners usually have heat welded hems
- Double sided 18 oz banners have sewn hems
Grommets:
- Metal grommets provide fast and easy installation.
Pole Pockets:
- Pole pockets can be created for both banner stands or hanging apparatuses.
- Wooden dowels and hardware can also be included.
- Pole pockets are sewn, not heat welded.
Velcro:
- Velcro closures are available for banners to allow fast installation or removal.
Wind Slits:
- We can cut wind slits to ease stress on larger banners in high wind areas.

Double hems, wind flaps and additional lamination finishing options are available to add greater performance, color protection and extend the life of all outdoor banners.

If folded, there will be a crease for a small period of time after unfolding. If the banner is going to be used immediately upon receipt, we recommend rolling so creasing is not an issue.
